For example, the\u00a0Design Leadership conference had submissions of 11 men to 1 woman.<\/p>\n<p>In 2020, we will be launching a new project in the hope\u00a0to grow the number of women speakers,\u00a0increasing diversity, and ensuring new voices and ideas are heard at UX conferences.<\/p>\n<p>As our first step, Mags Hanley will\u00a0by running two half-day\u00a0workshops in Sydney and Melbourne.
